The Man on BMW Motorcycle [North Hollywood, CA]

LAPD has gone from Harley-Davidson Electra Glides
to the BMW R1200 - the CHP is going from the BMW to
the Harley-Davidson. Oddly enough both agencies cite
the same general reason for switching...
