Punk Him Tender Again [Los Angeles (90048), CA]
The Taschen Art Gallery seems to be charitable and has left
the graffiti work up for a few weeks now...
The style and objective seems to be a poor mutation - which
in an alternate universe - could have resulted from Banksy
punkin' Chaka... Mr. Tender did not have such good luck
when he exercised his paintbrush on Ventura Blvd in late March.

One would think that only graffiti "tags" would be present on the pavement of the Sepulveda Basin Bike Loops - but no, there is poetry to be found - in the tradition of catacombs, caves, lavatories and alley walls... Though, a spell check would not help the diction above... nor the sentiment below.
